About the role:

We are seeking an experienced integration solutions leader to join our team. As the Integration Solutions leader, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between customers, technology, and business requirements. You will be responsible for leading a team of integration specialists and integration engineers and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver seamless integration solutions.

What you will be doing:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of integration specialists and engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customer leadership and individual contributors, including technical IT and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, provide updates, deliver support, and address any concerns or issues.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and create comprehensive documentation to guide the integration process.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams across the organization to understand and implement customer priorities, align integration projects with business goals, and ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Project Management: Oversee integration projects from initiation to completion, including planning, resource allocation, monitoring progress, and managing risks and issues.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your experience to understand complex technical systems and technologies, ensuring effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of integration solutions by conducting thorough testing, troubleshooting issues, and implementing robust quality assurance processes.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the integration process, identify inefficiencies, and implement best practices to streamline operations and enhance reliability and efficiency.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with a strong track record of managing teams and delivering successful integration projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, stakeholders, and team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
  • Knowledge of business process modeling, requirements-gathering techniques, and documentation standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and adapt to changing business needs.

Not required, but nice to have:

  • In-depth understanding of integration technologies, protocols, and standards, such as APIs, RESTful services, XML, JSON, etc.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, JIRA, etc.
