Paid Social Media Intern – Summer

Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Intern to support our marketing efforts across various channels. This role will involve assisting with content creation, social media management, and more, with a focus on driving brand awareness and engagement.
- Content Creation Support: Assist in developing and writing compelling content for various platforms, including social media posts, case studies, and email campaigns, focusing on topics relevant to the procurement industry.
- Social Media Management: Help manage and grow Graphite Connect’s social media presence (LinkedIn is MAJOR for us, YouTube, etc.) by creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
- Performance Tracking: Support in measuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts through analytics, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjusting campaigns as needed to achieve business goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
- Brand Development: Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all marketing materials and channels.
Qualifications:
- Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are scrappy and figure out how to get things done.
Benefits:
This is a full-time, paid internship for 10-12 weeks with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time hire at completion of the internship. We are a scrappy and experienced team that enjoys working collaboratively and welcomes the knowledge, experience, and contribution each team member brings.
