Graphite is kicking off its 2026 Grand Prix workshop series on March 3rd with an exclusive session focused on Centers of Excellence, hosted at Western Digital’s San Jose campus.
The half-day workshop, “Building Next-Gen Centers of Excellence,” brings together 30 senior procurement leaders for collaborative problem solving using Graphite’s Brain Trust methodology. Unlike traditional conferences, attendees work through real challenges with peers facing similar issues. No vendor pitches. Just experts tackling your Center of Excellence challenges.
The Hackett Group will share transformation frameworks drawn from hundreds of CoE implementations, while Western Digital’s procurement leadership will offer an unfiltered look at their own CoE journey.
