Jake brings over 20 years of expertise in Procurement Transformation, Strategic Sourcing, and Private Equity Operations.
Prior to Accenture, Jake served as Executive VP at Insight Sourcing, where he helped scale the firm into North America’s largest procurement consulting firm, earning Inc. 500/5000 recognition for fourteen consecutive years. Together with the leadership team, Jake was instrumental in building multiple procurement-focused businesses adjacent to Insight Sourcing, including SpendHQ (analyzing $10T+ of spend for 500+ corporations), InsightGPO, and Insight Energy. Prior to Insight Sourcing, Jake held procurement-focused consulting roles at KPMG Consulting, RGP, and Andersen.
A recognized thought leader in the industry, Jake has spoken at 150+ conferences and has served as the Chairman at ProcureCon and Procurement Foundry events.

Conrad Smith

Conrad is a tenured procurement professional spending over 25 years dedicated to leading global procurement transformations across IT, HR, and enterprise operations.
Conrad began his career at Intel, developing early purchasing automation and web tools including first-generation CLM, savings reporting, and spend analytics. He later joined Omniture (acquired by Adobe), where as Senior Director of Global Procurement he led Adobe’s transformation to dramatically reduce PR-PO-Contract resources and delays.
In the last few years, Conrad has pivoted to building tools that accelerate supplier onboarding and supplier management for large enterprises.

He has supported hundreds of clients on their analytics journeys, applying cutting-edge data science techniques and implementing AI solutions across Direct, Indirect, and CapEx procurement.
