We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager to support our marketing efforts across a variety of channels. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the procurement industry and a passion for creating engaging content and driving successful marketing campaigns. This role will involve content creation, campaign management, social media management and more, with a focus on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation
- Develop and write compelling campaign briefs to drive content for various platforms, including blogs, website pages, case studies, whitepapers, ads and email campaigns, with a focus on topics relevant to the procurement industry.
- Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Social Media Management
- Manage and grow Graphite Connect’s social media presence (LinkedIn, YouTube etc.), including creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts through analytics, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjusting campaigns as needed to achieve business goals.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
- Brand Development
- Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all marketing materials and channels.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for experience in the procurement/supply chain industry and/or enterprise B2B tech.
- Proven experience in content creation, including writing, editing, video shooting and publishing for web and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including campaign management and social media strategy. Experience with LinkedIn ad creation is strongly preferred.
- Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
